Operator and current scope
FORNEXTGEN GLOBAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED · CIN U63122HP2026PTC012778 operates ForNextGen PMS. These terms apply to this project website and its invited fictional pilot. Accounts are for adults and authorised business users. Other Group products have separate terms. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a purchase or professional engagement.
Access and responsibilities
Use only your assigned account and records you are authorised to handle. A sign-in portal selection does not grant a role. Administrator access requires the assigned owner identity and MFA. Keep passwords, email passcodes, authenticator secrets and backup codes private. Report suspected compromise promptly.
What is available
The software supports assigned fictional properties, reservations, room and front-desk records, test ledgers and supported email updates. Real properties require operator verification, lawful guest-record procedures and agreed operating terms. Live channel distribution and payment collection are disabled. A test reservation is not a real hotel booking.
Content and human review
You retain existing rights in your content and must have lawful authority to submit it. Processing permission is limited to providing, protecting and maintaining the requested service and meeting legal duties. Automated drafts and calculations require review. Do not upload real identity, guest, employee, financial or confidential client records to the fictional pilot.
Fair use and suspension
Do not bypass permissions, misuse another account, upload harmful material, interfere with security or misrepresent a test record as a genuine transaction or professional approval. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or law, with explanation and review where lawful and practicable.
Responsibility and applicable law
We take reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Indian law applies subject to mandatory protections. Competent courts, consumer forums and statutory bodies retain their lawful jurisdiction. Material updates apply prospectively and will be notified where required.
